The Overlook at Sojourn Lodging invites you to a cozy, stylish tiny home tucked into the Smoky Mountains, where thoughtful design meets warm, inviting spaces. Whether it’s a morning coffee on the deck, a sunset toast, or a quiet moment by the window, every corner is designed for memorable shared experiences just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This 28-foot tiny home comfortably hosts extra guests, featuring a main loft with a queen bed plus a twin sleeping nook, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private patio. Every detail—from soft lighting to scenic mountain views—balances comfort, charm, and photo-worthy moments.

Your unit number will be shared at check-in. A complimentary parking spot is located near your tiny home — please park in the spot assigned to your unit. Check-in is fully automated via our smart lock system, giving you the freedom to arrive at your own pace and start your stay seamlessly.

Sojourn Lodging is a multi-unit tiny home community, designed to offer both privacy and a sense of connection with the surrounding forest and neighbors. While each unit follows a consistent layout, every home is thoughtfully staged to feel unique and welcoming.

Some photos feature shared spaces, such as the community deck or outdoor gathering areas — these are for all guests to enjoy and are perfect for stargazing, morning coffee, or meeting fellow visitors.

Please note that our tiny homes offer a camping-style experience, designed to immerse you in nature while keeping comfort in mind. Hot water is limited, so we encourage shorter showers to fully enjoy the scenic surroundings and conserve resources.

House Rules & Policies

Smoking Policy:

To keep every tiny home fresh and welcoming, smoking of any kind — cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana — is not allowed indoors. A $500 fee will be charged for odor removal if smoking occurs inside. Guests are welcome to enjoy smoking in the designated outdoor areas, surrounded by the fresh mountain air.

Pet Policy:

Pets are part of the adventure at Sojourn Lodging! If you plan to bring a furry friend, please let us know in advance. Pets must be crated if left alone, and a $50 non-refundable pet fee applies. Each unit allows one pet up to 75 pounds, so everyone stays comfortable and safe.

Wildlife Awareness:

The Smoky Mountains are home to a variety of wildlife, big and small. To keep both guests and animals safe, please avoid leaving food or trash outside. Observing the forest responsibly helps ensure a memorable and worry-free stay for all.
