Fires get lit at Sunset Point and at the private pits by the homes. The Observation Deck faces west, which is not an accident.

Inside

Thirty-seven tiny homes across eleven acres, in four layouts. Lofted beds under the eaves, a full kitchenette, and a deck angled at whatever the hillside gives you.

What there is to do

A pickleball court, disc golf through the village, axe throwing, giant chess under the gazebo, and a walking trail that your dog is welcome on.

The Grotto

There is a cave on the property. You go in with a helmet, a headlamp and a guide, and you come back out into the daylight an hour later.
