Set across Sojourn's 11-acre mountain village, every guest arrives to their own space — a fully equipped tiny home with queen loft, kitchenette, private bath, and Wi-Fi — then gathers together at the Observation Deck, Sunset Point firepits, and Cookout Zone. Ten minutes from Dollywood and the heart of Pigeon Forge.
Sojourn is more than just a stay — it's a unique glamping-style resort that combines comfort with on-site activities and unique experiences. Guests can enjoy access to a natural cave system located on the property, a pickleball court, and a scenic Smoky Mountain observation deck — all just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Pets are welcome too, so your furry companion can join the adventure.

Essential Info
Guest Access
Your unit number and door code will be shared at check-in. Access is fully automated through our smart lock system, allowing you to arrive whenever it's convenient and go straight to your unit. A parking spot is located near your tiny home — please use the space assigned to your unit for easy access.
Interactions
Our team is available to assist you throughout your stay via message or phone call. Guests will also receive access to our local digital guidebook featuring nearby attractions, restaurants, activities, and recommendations around Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. While we respect your privacy, our team is always happy to help if anything comes up.

The Property
House Rules & Policies
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome! We accept up to one dog per unit (max 75 lbs). Dogs must be crated if left unattended. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies. No cats or other pets.
Verification
A valid government-issued ID, signed rental agreement, and 18+ age verification are required prior to check-in.
No Smoking
No smoking of any kind indoors — cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana. A $500 odor remediation fee applies for violations. Outdoor areas welcome you.
Parking
Each reservation includes one designated parking space. Please park only in assigned areas to keep the property accessible for everyone.
Hot Water
Tiny homes have compact water heaters designed for short showers. To ensure consistent hot water, we recommend spacing out showers when possible.
Wildlife Awareness
The Smoky Mountains are home to a variety of wildlife. Please avoid leaving food or trash outside — observing the forest responsibly ensures a memorable stay for all.
