The only thing I didn't realize was that we were not getting the exact place in the photos, but that is not the fault of Sojourn, as it is listed that you may not get the "exact view" of the listing. But the picture on the listing had an amazing view of the mountains, so I was a little disappointed that ours was further down the hill did not offer that view. We could see some mountains through our window, but not the full view. Other than that, we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone!”

A cabin feel, with peaceful surroundings and a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the fire pit and other amenities. Although this location was close enough to everything we needed, it felt secluded and private in the best way. It was a great pet-friendly stay for us to also include our pup in outdoor activities. It was very cozy, but not very comfortable (our only complaint). The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The loft bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We were able to make do with the pullout couch, because it was more springy (about as comfortable as you could imagine a pullout couch to be). A few things could have also been cleaned a bit better (shower floor, and in between/under couch cushions). Easy communication, and check in/ check out.”

“We booked here last minute due to our original reservation (not here) was cancelled. I am so glad we ended up here! We were able to get to Pigeon Forge within 20 minutes, and we passed Dollywood on the way, and Gatlinburg was about 35-40 minutes away for our day trip. The tiny home was perfect for what we needed. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but honestly, we did not mind. We are in the mountains, it happens. We took our dog with us, and she has a blast walking around the community and hanging out with us down at the fire pits. The shower is great for this being a tiny home. Stagger showers and you will not have any problems with hot water. We will definitely come stay again!”

I worried about having to check in super late at night but they assured me I had no worries as everything is self check in. Great location and not far from Gatlinburg or pidgeon forge. I would say more than 2 people and you’ll be crowded but the loft comfortable fits 2 and the sofa bed can fit someone else. Hot water lasts a few minutes so keep that in mind!”

“This was the PERFECT place for my anniversary weekend. It was cute and cozy and the amenities on the property were nice as well. We hung out at the fire pit and met some nice people and played a game of connect 4 on the overlook. The view from the overlook was beautiful. The location was not too far from other places and things to do.”

“The location is very nice, close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge but far enough you aren't in the mess. The tiny homes were adorable and they take good care of the outside of the homes. They are very small which should be expected considering they are tiny homes. My teenage brother and sister were going to come and I am glad they didn't because there simply wouldn't have been near enough room for 4 adult sized people. The way to the bed was narrow as well so if you are a little heavy set, it may be uncomfortable for you. The main con for us was dog hair and a dead flea on the bed when we got there. There was dog hair on the oven, too. The office was closed when we arrived so we waited until the next day to get new sheets. We did not arrive back until almost 12:00 that night and my fiance said at that point, it was what it was and he didn't remake the bed. My dog had never had fleas until we stayed here so pretty sure the dead flea was not the only one in the home but we could have picked them up from somewhere we stopped, there is no way of knowing for sure. I never did see live fleas in the home but after we got home, I found 3 on my dog. She is and has been on flea prevention for a year now. I would probbaly stay here again, I would just check in earlier to make sure it is cleaned well enough and I wouldn't bring our dog there again. Lois was very nice and helpful.”

The housing is really just meant for 2 people but it’s perfect just for that getaway with a friend or you’re partner, Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes away and Gatlinburg is around 30 so the location isn’t bad!! Loved the small home feel, shower is a little small i’m 175 LBS and my gf is around 130 and we were hitting walls but besides that it’s amazing!!”

“As a family who usually travels in a small camper, the tiny home felt spacious. Everything inside and around the grounds was well kept. The only trouble we had was that we arrived ahead of schedule and had no idea what to do. We weren’t told which unit was ours until we got the text at 4:00 that it was ready. Unfortunately, that was inaccurate. We pulled up to our unit at the same time as the cleaning staff. Thankfully, the maintenance guy let us hang out in the common area (which we found to be locked every other time we wanted to use it). We also had a hole in the drain of the bathroom sink that leaked a little onto the floor. Overall, had we not arrived a few minutes early, that confusion would’ve been avoided and everything else was perfect.”

The tiny home was exceptionally nice and very clean. Although we had to get adjusted to maneuvering in and out of the bed..the bed itself was very comfortable. Also, even though we didn’t get to enjoy the brunch, it was very thoughtful. The resort exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend the Sojourn Resort to anyone.”

We arrived late at night and our unit was a little difficult to find due to the cabin number not being well illuminated, but fortunately an employee was on property to help guide us to the right unit. This tiny home is indeed tiny (and created from a shed), and this is more of a camping-type experience, so keep that in mind to help your expectations. But it’s a great price and the Mountain View was awesome to wake up to each morning. It’s really close to anything you could need, but still pretty quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for a small family or couple who would just mostly be sleeping there and not doing any serious food prep (no oven). Overall, it was a good novelty experience!”

You have to wear sandals inside the house and the area around the bed was dusty and had some spiders too. I would come back but they need to do better cleaning specially around the bed.”

“The location is very nice, close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge but far enough you aren't in the mess. The tiny homes were adorable and they take good care of the outside of the homes. They are very small which should be expected considering they are tiny homes. My teenage brother and sister were going to come and I am glad they didn't because there simply wouldn't have been near enough room for 4 adult sized people. The way to the bed was narrow as well so if you are a little heavy set, it may be uncomfortable for you. The main con for us was dog hair and a dead flea on the bed when we got there. There was dog hair on the oven, too. The office was closed when we arrived so we waited until the next day to get new sheets. We did not arrive back until almost 12:00 that night and my fiance said at that point, it was what it was and he didn't remake the bed. My dog had never had fleas until we stayed here so pretty sure the dead flea was not the only one in the home but we could have picked them up from somewhere we stopped, there is no way of knowing for sure. I never did see live fleas in the home but after we got home, I found 3 on my dog. She is and has been on flea prevention for a year now. I would probbaly stay here again, I would just check in earlier to make sure it is cleaned well enough and I wouldn't bring our dog there again. Lois was very nice and helpful.”

The housing is really just meant for 2 people but it’s perfect just for that getaway with a friend or you’re partner, Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes away and Gatlinburg is around 30 so the location isn’t bad!! Loved the small home feel, shower is a little small i’m 175 LBS and my gf is around 130 and we were hitting walls but besides that it’s amazing!!”

“As a family who usually travels in a small camper, the tiny home felt spacious. Everything inside and around the grounds was well kept. The only trouble we had was that we arrived ahead of schedule and had no idea what to do. We weren’t told which unit was ours until we got the text at 4:00 that it was ready. Unfortunately, that was inaccurate. We pulled up to our unit at the same time as the cleaning staff. Thankfully, the maintenance guy let us hang out in the common area (which we found to be locked every other time we wanted to use it). We also had a hole in the drain of the bathroom sink that leaked a little onto the floor. Overall, had we not arrived a few minutes early, that confusion would’ve been avoided and everything else was perfect.”

“We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. This was our first time staying in a tiny home. We were here to celebrate our 26th anniversary and wanted to try something different. The tiny home was exceptionally nice and very clean. Although we had to get adjusted to maneuvering in and out of the bed..the bed itself was very comfortable. Also, even though we didn’t get to enjoy the brunch, it was very thoughtful. The resort exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend the Sojourn Resort to anyone.”

When the check-in time was moved back a bit, the host was awesome and got us checked in at the original time, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The only issue we had was that the bed had some dead bugs on it upon arrival, but aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“My family of 3 needed a last minute place to stay for a few nights and the management was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my request to book only a few hours before our arrival in Pigeon Forge. We arrived late at night and our unit was a little difficult to find due to the cabin number not being well illuminated, but fortunately an employee was on property to help guide us to the right unit. This tiny home is indeed tiny (and created from a shed), and this is more of a camping-type experience, so keep that in mind to help your expectations. But it’s a great price and the Mountain View was awesome to wake up to each morning. It’s really close to anything you could need, but still pretty quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for a small family or couple who would just mostly be sleeping there and not doing any serious food prep (no oven). Overall, it was a good novelty experience!”
