“This was a good stay all around. The place was easy to find and was really close to smoky mountain national forest, Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, Buc-ee’s. What more could you ask for? The view for this home I particular was perfect. Ed were right next to the observation deck so we didn’t even have to leave the house to see the same view! The only down would be normal tiny home things. The water pressure was pretty low in the shower. The WiFi was not good either but we just used our phones as a hot spot and that was fine for the small amount of time we spent using the tv. Great place and I would stay over and over again!”

“They require you use a 3rd party app to upload your ID, a picture of yourself, enter your phone number, email etc. They will text you to purchase their sweatshirts and send notifications. The front office was never opened over the course of the week we were there and couldn’t access the club house/welcome center. I found myself being the one cleaning up trash and flipping trash cans right side up days after a storm. There is a lot of dirt everywhere and there is no broom provided to keep things out of the unit. It can get muddy very quickly so if you are traveling with pets be prepared. Also, they were missing essential items in the kitchen, like a cutting board. It’s pretty expensive given our experience and for what you get. We were there for a week so maybe we noticed more than the average person who is there for an evening or two. Overall it was a fine experience but the things that we have mentioned here will make it so we won’t be returning.”

“My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s day. We absolutely loved the stay, now it was a little small but I think it’s absolutely perfect for a two person little vacation. I appreciate them so much, they were very friendly and responsive and overall it was just so great and so peaceful. I will definitely be coming back.”

“OMG.. We had an awesome romantic time celebrating Valentine’s Day weekend in our first tiny home in the beautiful Tennessee Mountains. The host at Sojourn was really friendly and helpful. Self check in and out was quick and easy. The property we stayed in was very clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook a good meal. The mountains view was amazing. We had a nice fire pic and the property had lots of great out doors activity and a walking trail, barbecue grill and lots of beautiful whites lights around the property at night. Stores, restaurants and entertainment are not too far from the property! I will definitely recommend Sojourn Sevierville Tennessee to all my family and friends! “We had a good overall stay and enjoyed our time here. The tiny home is in a nice, quiet area and conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip and 30–40 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The space was mostly very clean, and the upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. Accessing the loft bed was a bit challenging, as the steps are steep and the final step up is a larger climb. Both my wife (5’3”) and I (5’9”) found it a little difficult, so future guests may want to keep that in mind. The host was pleasant and communicative, responding in a reasonable amount of time. We stayed during colder weather (20–35 degrees), and the heater struggled to fully warm the tiny home even when set high. The shower water pressure was also fairly low, which made rinsing hair difficult. These were minor inconveniences. Overall, this was a comfortable stay.”

Really appreciated how the patio furniture was clean and not weathered. The grounds were clean and many games were available to play outside. “The place was as delightful and peaceful as the pictures look! The tiny house was in great shape and very clean. The hot water does run out fast, but it is in the description and they remind you about it upon arrival. We loved all the fire pit areas and were super excited to have the picklball court. The court is in great shape too! They even provide the firewood for the fire pits! They also have a gas fireplace at the overlook/observation area. We look forward to rebooking and telling our friends about this place!”

“We stayed in a tiny home and overall had a nice visit with several fun moments. The property itself has a lot of potential, and we really enjoyed the axe throwing, outdoor games, and the firewood they provided. The location is convenient and close to many attractions, though it is pretty noisy with traffic, car horns, and even the school bands across the street. Inside, the home could use a bit more attention to cleaning—there were cobwebs and some bugs in the fold-out, and a small nail on the loft stairs snagged my Lululemons and scratched me good. The firepits didn’t have propane ready, and the clubhouse wasn’t stocked like the photos showed, so we couldn’t use the karaoke machine. Some items like the pickleball mallets needed replacing, and we didn’t have enough towels or filled hand soaps. Still, we made the best of it, and with some upgrades and better upkeep, this could become a really great little getaway. Also housekeeping looked very unprofessional in pajamas.”

The communication was great, especially the useful tips and check-in/out info.Unfortunately we were tight on schedule and were not able to take advantage of the hospitality in the morning or the festivities Saturday night with food trucks, but was nice to know it was available. The one concern i did have is the difficulty we sometimes had leaving the site. One time i probably waited two minutes or more before i could pull out left. But i recommend the stay and will be back.”

Although some areas were still under construction and a few amenities weren’t fully functional, it didn’t take away from the experience. We did run into one hiccup: during our two-night stay, the shower only had cold water, which wasn’t ideal in the chilly weather. The staff tried their best to fix it but didn’t have the part on hand. Despite that, the charm of the cozy, tiny cabin completely won me over. I loved every moment of it and would absolutely stay there again, it’s a little gem worth revisiting!”
