“This place is perfect! It's not too far from main attractions but far enough for some peace and quiet. Everything was as advertised. Our host was gracious enough to give us a later check out due to bad weather and personally came to check in on us upon checkout.”

“Everything was just like it was described. The location is far enough for rest and quietness and we could be in Pigeon Forge in 15 minutes. The cabin was perfect for two people and it was very clean.”

“This is a very nice cluster of small cabins/tiny homes located close to restaurants and local attractions, but tucked away out of sight of the city and its traffic. Our cabin was well equipped with a cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, and full bathroom and shower. It was nicely furnished. This site is obviously very new and some cabins are still being added. Once the lawn and shrubs mature, and maybe a few trees added, it will be a beautiful little getaway.”

“The tiny house looked just like the pictures. It was clean and cozy. Nice grounds, fire pit area. The were a few downsides. We had a rain storm and awoke to water pouring through the kitchen window. Water ran down the countertop and front side of the cabinets onto the floor. There was nothing to clean up the water. Kitchen faucet was so loose that I had to tighten it so that it didn't fall off. I did call management and let them know. Other than that our stay was good.”

“This place was such a cool experience. I have always wanted to stay in a tiny home and I have now checked that off my bucket list and had an amazing time doing it. I highly recommend staying here. They have so many cool things to do, they have a pickleball court, they have a big chess game set up and a pretty little overlook area. My husband and I definitely want to come back!”

“The negatives were few but, a couple were that the TV you could only watch the TV by streaming and we didn't know how to stream.There also does not seem to be an office on site. The checkout procedure was just a text/email that it was time to check out and that was it. Everything else was nice.”

“We enjoyed our quick stay! Check-in and check-out were extremely easy, and the automated reminders/instructions made everything seamless from start to finish. One thing worth noting is that the exact tiny home you book may not necessarily be the specific one you stay in, but we were still happy with ours and I’m sure they’re all great. A small tip for future guests: if you sleep warm, you may want to bring a small fan for the loft bed area since it can get a little stuffy up there at night. Also, the homes are fairly close together, but it still felt private and quiet during our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!”

“It was secluded but easy to access No complaints”

“This really is a hidden gem for a small family or an adventurous couple. I stayed here with my family of four and our dog and enjoyed our tiny cabin. There was plenty of room to sleep and do what we needed in the morning and evening, while being a great place to stop-in during the day if needed. Really close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and not too far to Gatlinburg. Great spot!”

“First time staying in a tiny home! I stayed in the smallest house available at Sojourn. It is perfect for one or two people at an excellent price. The last step to get into the loft is a doozy. Keep that in mind when making your layout selections. The property is really cool and the homes are clean. I loved my stay there and will be going back in the future.”

“This was a good stay all around. The place was easy to find and was really close to smoky mountain national forest, Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, Buc-ee’s. What more could you ask for? The view for this home I particular was perfect. Ed were right next to the observation deck so we didn’t even have to leave the house to see the same view! The only down would be normal tiny home things. The water pressure was pretty low in the shower. The WiFi was not good either but we just used our phones as a hot spot and that was fine for the small amount of time we spent using the tv. Great place and I would stay over and over again!”

“We loved this tiny home experience! Despite hitting our heads a few times, this was the perfect getaway! The pickleball court, fire pit and more was beautiful!!”

“We liked that it was close to everything but far enough away. After the first night I became very sick. There was black mold in the window sills with tiny bugs. My son told me after we left that his loft was full of cocking on the ceiling and there was water stains on his sheets where the bed had gotten wet. I ended up at the doctor with blisters on my throat. My youngest son has had a cough since we left. There is definitely was black mold in the tiny home we stayed in. Cocking to stop the leaks isn’t going to fix the water issues. If you have allergies to mold, I would highly recommend you not stay here.”

“The good: conveniently located near restaurants and your everyday needs. Gorgeous views and amenities! About 20-30 minutes away from Gatlinburg and Smokey mountain national park. Fully stocked wood pile and your own private fire pit, or a large communal bonfire pit, regular shared bbq or your own private grill. Full stocked kitchen with essentials. Easy check in/check out with your own numerical code locking door. But beware it automatically locks so don't forget your phone inside with the code! The bad: The shower runs out of water extremely quickly. I couldn't brush my teeth with my electric toothbrush in the shower without running out of warm water. They gave ample notice about this so it's just a minor note. The wifi is very slow. Netflix would buffer and switch to low quality back and forth. This wasn't much of an issue since we spend the majority of the time outside. But if you plan on working remotely you may find it to be too slow. The ugly: our room could have definitely benefit from more regular/deep cleaning. There was a significant dust build up around the fan and ceiling in general. Cobwebs next to the bed, dust on the blinds and on the kitchen utensils. The property also wasn't mowed near the outdoor play areas, while using the amazing pickleball court we were barely able to find the ball when it wandered into the grass. All and all we had a great time sitting by the fire and inside the cozy cabin! It was great to see what tiny homes were all about and to see if we could spend more than a short time in one. Well worth the visit and we hope to be back with some friends to enjoy the nearby scenery and area.”

“The two of us and our dog enjoyed at lovely stay at Sojourn. We both loved the atmosphere of the community and the walking trails and view at the observation point. It was very conveniently located to Sevierville and yet felt pretty secluded. It was also very quiet. We did not hear other guests at all although we were not close to the common areas so that may be diferent in different cabins. We were surprised how well our standard poodle and his big crate fit in the space. There wasn't a ton of green space for him, and the gravel trails are very steep in places, but it's way more space than you'd find at a hotel or similar. If you're visiting we recommend the Bush's Baked Beans restaurant/museum and Central Coffee and Crumb which is just 10 minutes away and had some excellent coffee!”
